Can somebody please help me?  I've been trying to "PUT" the files
on the filelist for my new list, and I gathered that the first step is
for me to do what LISTSERV is telling me I'm not authorized to do!
 
>You are not authorized to GET (CTL format) file "CFS-Y FILELIST" from
>filelist LISTSERV.
 
     Why isn't this working?  How can it be that I'm not authorized?
How do I *get* authorized?
 
     If anyone can help, I'd be really appreciative!  Thank you!
