I believe that Eric has stated in the past the first editor is an
exception and won't operate properly if it is set to any access class,
even if that access class logically points to a unique address, such as
"owner".
 
Or, is it only owners plural which won't work (i.e. won't forward mail to all
                    ^
of the non-quiet owners as one might otherwise intuit).
