My suggestion is to (in no particular order):

1) write a message to LISTSERV maintainer and postmaster at your hosting site asking them to pursue

or

2) invoke bozo filter -- anyone who harangues a list-owner is guilty of being ungrateful

or

3) tell subscriber to use the web interface (assuming WEBTV understands that -- may not)

or

4) tell subscriber that your list will no longer support WEBTV and to use a "real" ISP
