Strange ... I received a complaint from a subscriber in upstate NY today
about receiving duplicate messages too.  This subscriber is at a different
site from yours <RITVAX.ISC.RIT.EDU> but has never complained of double
messages before.  I wonder if there is something peculiar going on...
 
Nah.  Probably just a coincidence. (?)
