If you think that all subscriptions from IOSYS.NET are bogus,
you can update your list definition to include
 
* FILTER= ALSO,*@iosys.net
 
Alternatively, until things settle down, instead you can
update your list definitons with
 
* DEFAULT-OPTIONS= REVIEW
 
and once a new subscriber "proves" themselves, you can
alter their subscription to NOREVIEW
 
QUIET SET listname NOREVIEW FOR [log in to unmask]
