I hope someone can give me so guidance  with this issue.

We are configuring an Announcement Only list and have been directed to ONLY
have the Signup1 (with bottom banner) template generated when individual
subscribes using our interface.   Currently in testing, when an individual
subscribes, they receive the Signup1 template in one mailing and a second
mailing from the (ListServ) system which echo's the command along with you
are now subscribed information and  some CPU data.  It is the second system
mailing that we would like to suppress.
