I think we need some central coordination here. I think it would be a bad
situation to have some LISTSERVs require the password and others not.
The users should see some consistancy.
I am in favor of removing the password requirement though, barring any
security breach we may not have though of yet.
Eric, do you recall why you put the password checking into AFD/FUI ?
