No. It will get auto-deleted when it gets the 5th bounce (the next
morning, actually).
Subscriber will be auto-deleted when EITHER the max OR the delay is
reached. I.e. Max(100),Delay(4) means that if there are 100 bounces
for the address in just 1 to 3 days, it will be deleted, and if there
are bounces for 4 days, even if it does not hit 100, it will be
deleted. If there are fewer than 100 bounces for the first 3 days,
and NO bounces on the 4th day, then LISTSERV will not auto-delete but
continue to monitor for 4 more days. If ANY bounces occur within
those next 4 days, then the address will be auto-deleted. If NO
bounces occur during those next 4 days, then the bounce-count for
that address will be reset to 0.
