EASE Home costs $25/month for up to 200 subscribers, with no per-message charge (full pricing here<http://www.lsoft.com/products/ease_home.asp>). Most small non-profits can afford that, and there are free services. I realize that it is tempting to replace a monthly charge with a one-time charge for a perpetual license with no maintenance, but it is not a viable strategy in the long run. We barely make any money at all on EASE Home.
