Update  SYSTEM NETID  to  reflect  your new  CPUID,  resave CMS,  restart
LISTSERV, and  CP TRANSFER all the  rejected jobs back to  it. I strongly
advise  re-IPLing VM  as I  suspect LISTSERV  isn't the  only application
baffled by the bad CPUID.
