This request is one-step away from spamming: he has broadcasted
to several lists, quite unrelated to list ownership, nor the
list-subject.
 
I wonder why he doesn't contact the host management and arrange
for LTCP (assuming that it doesn't have it already)?
 
(As a side note, it's interesting how LISTSERV is equivalenced
with Bitnet, at least in many folks' minds.)
