Do most sites modify the LISTSERV Home page?

In anticipation of installing LISTSERV, I created this web page:

http://www.its.uiowa.edu/cs/sp/EmailList/LISTSERV/index.html partly because
i did not realize that L-Soft would provide me with a Home Page:

http://itsnt131.iowa.uiowa.edu/scripts/wa.exe

We just installed LISTSERV for the first time and I am just playing with it
now. The name is temporary while we convert from our previous list server
offering.

What is the common wisdom? Modify the Home Page or not?

Thanks for any opinions,
Feather
