Karen,

        You could set a threshold and then
SET MYLIST EDITOR FOR *@*
SET MYLIST NOEDITOR FOR [log in to unmask] [Guessing on the syntax here]

        According to
<http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa.exe?A2=ind9706&L=lstown-l&P=R3714>
this will allow everyone else to ignore the thresholds as editors.
