As long as the 'netid' on the left side will remain the same, the easiest way
to do this is to register the domain alias with L-Soft:

 http://www.lsoft.com/regaliases.html

In the short term you can manually edit the aliases.names file and add your
own GMU.EDU domain and variations.  However this file may be overwritten
during a domain tables update.  If you register as above, then your data will
be part of the new file so you will lose nothing.
