LOCAL SYSVARS permits the designation of multiple site managers ("post-
masters") with cc: and/or quiet: qualifications.  Is there a way, how-
ever, to designate a postmaster with full command privileges (including
CP/CMS commands) but who does not receive "Delivery error report from ..."
and "Problem processing mail ..." notices?
