It was the permissions 4755. I don't work that long with unix and when I saw
on Exceed nothing about permissions 4755, I didn't knew what do do with it.
After I looked more closely at the chmod-commando, I got listserv
running smoothly.

Suspect to have to rely a bit less on GUI's.
