Remove all the archives with PUT, and then erase the LIST file.

That is correct, daily digests are sent only once a day. For now there is
no support for higher frequencies.

Actually, it is totally incorrect as far as LISTSERV is concerned :-)
LISTSERV has *never* used the SMTP envelope address to send replies. It
has used the "From:" field from day one.
