For some reason, the new version seems to think that &MYHOST; has
something to do with the list address (a horrible, awful default).
I've fixed the archive templates (added T-MYNODE to TEXT-GLOBAL and
fixed the archive template), but I can't find where I can change the
defaults in the list configuration wizard.

I have the site default archive page (BODY-AO) fixed to refer to:

&+LISTNAME;@&+T-MYNODE;

but I would rather have that *only* if the List-Address is not set in
the list configuration -- in which case I would want the list-address
instead (we host lists for a few other domains). I thought I could
use the old MYNODE substitution, but I could not get that to work, so
I added a new one.

What I need to do now is fix the list configuration pages so the
defaults (reply-to address, ietf sender, list-address, etc(?)) works
the same way. These all have the system's FQDN instead of the e-mail
domain (NODE) as they should.
