Just to keep all informed.  LISTSERV at UIUCVMD was hung for a few days
due to:  1. The VMARCH server failed and the VMARCH command hung, leaving
LISTSERV hung inside the LSV$ARCH EXEC   *AND*  2. Yours truly didn't
notice it yesterday (mumbling something about I got some mail from it so
I was happy).  It has now been rebooted and is busily whittling away at
its queue of work.  You get THIS mail when it gets to it.
