I am happy to report that Tevfik, who works at the EARN office, has fixed the
'send-only-half-of-a-package' problem, and the next release of LISTEARN will
contain the fix. According to this, users are accounted for the files they
request, but the checking for exceeding their limit is not performed for the
individual elements of a package. My thanks for the elegant fix to him!
