The DNS entry for listserv.metanexus.net is incorrect.  It should show

  listserv.metanexus.net 20 192.76.184.64

What it does show is  192.76.184.64.metanexus.net 20  which is an impossible
value.

Interestingly mail to meta-list.ontv.com returns WSAECONNREFUSED which indicates
a different (perhaps filewall) problem.
