Though I don't think list-owners have access to listserv.log, it certainly makes sense for the list-owner to ask the listserv-maintainer for assistance.

Of course in this case, a careful examination of what the user received and the list-headers should have been sufficient.

BTW, I suggest adding a [QUIET:] owner --

[log in to unmask]
