I have noticed that when someone adds or deletes someone from a list
that the owners of the list that are to be CC: (LSTMNGRS) are not
receiving their copies of the change. That is, those in the LSTMNGRS
list are not being copied on the change - the log says that they are
but no mail is being sent and there is nothing in the MAILER log
that shows a file was even sent. Anyone have any clues?
