Is it possible to simply copy the four list files from the ~LISTSERV/MAIN directory from one server to another and then simply bounce it?

Example:
AA-WEBMASTER.LIST
AA-WEBMASTER.MAILTPL
AA-WEBMASTER.OLDLIST
AA-WEBMASTER.WWWTPL

I was reading the whitepaper "Moving LISTSERV to a New Server.pdf" and it said to copy everything from the ~LISTSERV tree. Since I didn't want to preserve system configuration and logfiles, all I want to do is move a few lists.

If not, what is the best way to copy a list?
