eric,
you are right. it means logged off. BUT :
i have had months when LISTSERV was stopped 3 or 4 times (for about 3 minutes)
and i'm absolutely sure that it shows several hours of downtime.
this brings me to the idea of sample-intervals. what is the monitor counting
for a 3 minute down-time in the worst case ?
