Revised LISTSERV forum <LSTSRV-L@DEARN> |
1- GET the log files from LISTSERV (eg GET COCO LOG8802).
2- Edit them locally using your favourite editor.
3- Insert a "PUT fn ft NOTEBOOK PW=listpw|personalpw" in line 1 (eg "PUT
COCO LOG8802 NOTEBOOK PW=THATSME" - note that the "NOTEBOOK" is
optional but may greatly reduce CPU use if there are a lot of files on
the server).
4- Send the file back to LISTSERV.
If you want to completely delete a logfile, just send a PUT command with
nothing else. But be careful, once it is deleted you will not be allowed
to store it back.
