Actually, if you look on http://www.lsoft.com/info/contrib.html you
will see a link for "where do I find Regina REXX?"

Looking at stats.rexx itself, you see that the command for running it
is:

REXX STATS.REXX listname <NOPosts | TOPposts>

(this assumes that rexx.exe, stats.rexx, and listname.changelog are
in your path, otherwise, you need to be more specific...)
