Actually, some time ago, I found a such beast for OS/2 - mind you I did
NOT test it (not enough horsepower or time), I found it at hobbes.nmsu.edu,
I believe it was called shuff110.zip. It's basically a server shell, and
you need to write some Rexx code to support any function you want. The
author stated that it can be used as file server, and/or a list manager.
