Dear All,

We have LISTSERV 1.8d running on our Unix server. How can I find out
which files in which directories should have what permissions? For
example, is there any reason for any files in /home/listserv/home (where
*.list files reside) to be a mode other than 600? Do archive files need
to be 644? What might be a cause (other than the umask) for LISTSERV
setting permissions incorrectly?

TIA,
- KM
