I has been my experience that something has changed with this
release:  On certain (all?) listowner commands issued with a simple
wildcard aka ASTERISK where an RFC822 address would be used, then instead
of the local node, all nodes are assumed e.g.,

SET listname NOMAIL FOR *

used to mean "just" userids at the list-owner's node.  Now it means all
userids at all nodes (*@*).
