Hello all - I'm new to the listserv game, so bear with me...:)

1.) There are periods of extreme latency in responses from listserv to
administrators managing lists on my listserv box(1.8D, using lsmtp). I
can trace the mails from their mailer incoming and then relayed out to
listserv, but nothing appears in the logs for that mail on the listserv
machine. It's like it disappeared. But then you resend the command and
it all happens normally - since we're using a web site to create and
send the mails, it's very annoying to not get anything back and have to
go again. We've also seen where the first command gets processed 8-10
hours later and duplicates the 2nd message out. Any thoughts or ideas?

2.) Our WA.exe interface works fairly well, however there are times when
(and traffic isn't playing a role when this happens) the interface just
times out all commands and nothing responds - it's sporadic and
seemingly unrelated to the problem (1, above). They don't coincide on
timing or any other possibility that I can think of.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance - I appreciate any advice I can find.

Michael
