There were a couple questions about NEW-LIST.  NEW-LIST is
subscribable (but I'm not sure that is a word).  To get on the list
just send email to [log in to unmask] with the
 
SUB NEW-LIST yourfirstname yourlastname
 
command in the body.
 
   I'm not sure what the other question was.  If you use the  LISTS GLOBAL
command on L-Soft LISTSERV you can subscribe to any of the lists shown
via [log in to unmask]  But that information is included in the
response you get (eg from   lists global /plants  ).
