There ought to be a message on the console log. I guess the file was sent
in a  format not recognized  as mail,  and the distribution  was rejected
because files are not allowed on  the list. The (NJE) sender was notified
(which  probably means  nobody got  the message,  since it  looks like  a
mailer machine), and  the file was transferred to the  postmaster just in
case the problem is due to a bug and the file is important.
