Hello.  I need several peers for TeX-L, a list concerning itself with the
  TeX typesetting system.  We have about 160 people on it now and are expecting
  a large increase soon.
 
TeX-L is both an ARPA redistribution for TEXHAX and a general discussion list.
  Average traffic should be something like 1000 records per week.
