Ok, this a plea for help from a floundering newbie who would like
to start a LISTSERV but doesn't have a clue how.  If anyone could
help I'd appreciate it.  Please send me any FAQ or suggestions
you may have.  Also, there is no server at my site and would like
also to know how I might go about finding a place to locate the
list and moderate remotely.  Many thanks.
