Although I agree with you in theory, in practice I am going to miss this bounce. We currently have 13,501 .OK files waiting for approval in our home directory. That's not a typo - that's thirteen thousand. Certainly the vast majority of there were caused by mail with bad/spoofed addresses. I have to route all these bounces to the bit bucket somehow.
