No.  That's handled internally.  So that's not the problem.  The 
problem is that from your Postfix server's standpoint, the LISTSERV 
machine is refusing to let the Postfix machine open a 
connection.  That suggests a firewall issue that someone on your end 
is going to have to figure out.  What makes it odd is that (for 
instance) I can connect from outside your network.
