As a training exercise, I created a list ( of list owners ) to announce
our policy of requiring ',confirm' on all subscriptions to our open lists.
 
For some reason ( Hay Fever ? ) i added subscribers with the command:
 
Tell listserv for <id@node> quiet add <new-list> "<full name (list-id)>"
 
By using 'ADD' instead of 'SUB', did I cause something ( a names file ? )
in our local listserv to be changed ?                         - mike
