Well.. for subscribe/unsubscribe, there's the Change-log= header option.

Bounces are a bit trickier - you will have to write code that grovels through
one or more of:

a) listname.AUTODEL files if the list uses auto-delete=
b) The Listserv console log
c) The sendmail/whatever logs
