Two quick questions:

1.  Can chaging the List title in the header of an existing list have any
affect aside from all new postings going out with a new title?  This list
that needs this change is pretty big so am taking a bit of extra caution.

2.  The listname.welcome gets sent out when someone subscribes themselves
but what if they are subscribed by owner?  Do I need to make any changes
in the listname.mailtpl so that it sends out the welcome message?  If so
what changes need to be done?
