I noticed today that the LISTSERV GIVE command is not RFC822
compliant. When I tell it (LISTSERV-LITEFE-LINUX) to

give file.zip [log in to unmask]

the file will be sent to [log in to unmask] However RFC822
strictly defines the user part of an email address to be
CaSEsENSiTiVe, but LISTSERV just converts anything to upper case.
Bug or feature?
