So the log has lines similar to:

but mail is not reaching the destination?
running 'netstat' on the listserv host while it's processing mail might
provide insight as to what's going on at the TCP/IP level.
Also:
This strikes me as slightly fishy:

Address: 148.244.85.213
Are you sure of that address for your SMTP relay?
