    This problem  is typically  caused when  LISTSERV dosn't  know the
userid  of the  RSCS  virtual machine.   Look for  an  entry in  LOCAL
SYSVARS of the form:
 
   rscs = '...'                    (where ... is the userid)
 
    -or-
 
   rscs is standard value          (same as rscs = 'RSCS')
 
    Did you change the name of your RSCS at the same time?
