Hi, I'm new on this list.

After reading Norm Aleks's article (Aleks N. [log in to unmask]
_Mailing List
Management Sofware FAQ, ver. 1.1, revised 1995/01/24 16:46:57), I want to
make my own
discussion with a topic of "Conducting a Distance Learning".

Because these mailing-list discussion would be make on public domain
purpose, so would
everybody in these group help me to make it happened for free? At least, an
information
or advice would be appreciated.
