Hi all --
I've noticed that a lot of subscribers to the JOBPLACE mailing list
(which I administer) don't realize that their posts to JOBPLACE get
mirrored into hundreds (if not thousands) of other e-mail boxes. Many
times a subscriber will reply a message to the list, rather than to
the person who asked the question.
Does anyone have a template letter which politely asks subscribers to
"think before they post", so to speak? I'm good with technical stuff,
but not with people matters. I don't want to offend the subscribers
with rude or unkind words.
Thanks in advance
