Liam at LSoft has been very kind and patient to answer my inquiries. I have to give this one last shot: in the "List Reports" function there  doesn't appear to be a choice for retrieving the first and last name of an owner or editor. For example:

Joe Smith

Do any of you know any methods to pull this information?
