   My experience is that LISTSERV follows the RFC822 rule in respecting
case in the "local part" (before the @) but ignoring case in the host name
(after the @).
   Ie.  [log in to unmask]  would match  [log in to unmask]
but NOT match [log in to unmask] .
 
   That seems the right way to do things so as to correctly match the
addresses.
