Danny, we should talk.   We work with the Jon Francis Foundation,
which is a non-proift foundation for families when someone is missing
and the potential aftermath.   We coordinate with/support all sorts of
responders and groups like yours, and have worked out a lot of "kinks"
along the way.    We might be able to help.
