listname-REQUEST goes to all non-QUIET * OWNER=.
OWNER-listname goes to the operands of the * ERRORS-TO=
which may be the first owner, all non-quiet owners,
or some other RFC822 addresses.
 
LISTSERV generates BSMTP RFC821 headers that indicate
that bounces should go to OWNER-listname.  Thus that
is the generic address which should be advertized.
