Just an fyi.
When a list is set to Send= Editor,hold,confirm,non-member,
mail from a non-member appears on the moderation screen even before
the non-member has OK'd it. If and when the non-member approves it,
the editor is THEN sent mail to give their OK or not.
Probably a reasonable practice, since the editor might want to
approve it when the non-member can't for some reason. It does force
the editor to wade through more spam, which is that the
"confirm,non-member" was trying to minimize.
If you never use the moderation page, you will never be confused by this behavior.
